Baptismal
Preparation classes are held six times a year. Parents
requesting Baptism for their child(ren) meet with the Director of
Evangelization prior to the class. Adult volunteers are
needed to assist as discussion leaders. Lay ministers are also
needed for Sunday Baptisms. |

Bible Study

This group
learns about the Bible and its many books, including when
each book was written and
for what audience. The study begins with an overview of the Bible,
and then moves to individual books. |

At Children’s Liturgy of the Word,
volunteers read the current Sunday
Scriptures to children
ages 5 to 9 years old and help them understand the Gospel message.
CLOW takes place during the 10:30 AM Mass. Volunteers work on a
team once a month. |
Elizabeth Ministry

This women's ministry is designed to
offer support to women and their families during the joys,
challenges, and sorrows of the childbearing years. |

a vision and strategies to empower the community
and its leadership to embrace the message of
Christ in their lives. |
Men of Faith

This men's group meets Saturday mornings
at
7 AM for breakfast and discussion. Participants take turns
facilitating the discussion. |

Religious Education

This program provides a variety of
opportunities to share your talents and faith with the youth of our
parish. Volunteers are needed to teach Grades 1-10 one time each week
from September through May. Classes are held on Sundays and
Wednesdays. |

R.C.I.A.

The Rite of Christian Initiation for
Adults is a catechetical program
that welcomes and prepares
those people
interested in becoming full members of the Catholic Church.
Facilitators lead various group activities and sponsors partner with
individual candidates. This program meets once a week from September
to May on Wednesday evenings. |

Stewardship Commission

This group
helps parishioners share
their time, talent and treasure
with the
Church out of a sense of gratitude to God for all he has given to us.
Monthly meetings are held on the second Tuesday evening of each month. |

Vacation Bible School

Each June, the parish offers a one-week
Vacation Bible School to all children
of the parish aged four through fifth grade. Adult
and high school volunteers serve leaders or assistants. Training
is provided.

Welcoming Newcomers

Newcomers
can sign up at the church office or after all Masses the first
Sunday of the month (except July.) New members are invited to an
orientation evening (one is held monthly) where they can meet other
new members, established members and some of the staff. Volunteers are needed to
sign up members and plan/attend the evening. |

Women's
Ministries

This ministry is dedicated to supporting parish women in their faith
by providing opportunities for worship and discussion. |
|
Youth Ministry

Adult
volunteers help this young adult ministry by working with the parish
youth to plan and coordinate events. All the youth ministry programs and services are available to every
high school youth of the parish. |
