• Financial Oversight: Manage all parish financial matters, including budgeting, reporting, cash flow, payroll, and financial planning. You'll prepare detailed reports for the Pastor, Principal, Department Directors, Finance Council, and the Diocese, and ensure compliance with all financial guidelines and regulations.
• Human Resources Management: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate personnel records. 
• Operational Leadership: Oversee facilities management, coordinate capital projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to Diocese guidelines. You'll also manage parish records, including membership, contributions, sacramental data, as well as staff and volunteer compliance with safe environment requirements.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Pastor, Principal, Finance Council, and other parish staff to implement the parish vision. You'll serve as a key liaison to the Diocese, financial institutions, vendors, parish organizations, and our parishioners, ensuring all interactions are handled with diligence and kindness.

• Education & Experience: A degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field required. Experience in administrative and employee supervision roles preferred. Familiarity with non-profit organizations is a plus. 
• Financial Expertise: Knowledge of best practices for accounting, financial reporting, record-keeping, cash flow management, and budgeting. Experience with endowments, planned giving, and financial stewardship is a plus.
• HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of human resources and employee benefit administration, policies, and procedures, including payroll processing and compliance with employment laws. 
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software. Familiarity with church-affiliated software (PDS, OSV, MSP) is a plus.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong management, leadership, and collaborative skills. Skilled in effectively and graciously communicating with staff, volunteers, and parishioners. 
• Catholic Understanding: Strong knowledge of and agreement with Catholic teaching. A practicing Catholic is preferred.

• Plan and oversee the 8th/9th grade Confirmation program
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Youth Ministry program tailored to middle and high school students.
• Collaborate with the Pastor and Director of Religious Education on program alignment.
• Recruit and train adult volunteers to lead confirmation groups and support youth ministry activities.
• Plan and organize events to foster youth involvement in parish life.
• Organize annual retreats (i.e. summer camp, Steubenville).
• Utilize social media and direct communication to engage youth and parents.
• Commit to ongoing faith formation and professional development.
  

• Practicing Catholic with strong knowledge of Catholic faith.
• Passion for youth discipleship.
• Strong skills in leadership, organization, and communication.
• College degree or equivalent experience in Religious Education or Youth Ministry.
